(6)   For an amazing haircut, ask your stylist to cut the ends of your hair so they are slightly jagged instead of blunt. This provides extra body and texture.

(7)  Rub enough mayonnaise into your hair to coat it, wait up to an hour, and wash it out. You'll be amazed at how soft and shiny your hair is, thanks to this great protein source.

(8)  Substitute condensed milk for your regular conditioner. The protein provides an extra special shine.

(9)  Comb conditioner through your hair before going to swim to help protect from the pool chemicals. After finishing, rinse with ¼ cup apple cider mixed with ¾ cup of water to help cleanse hair.

(10) Use moisturizing conditioner 2 to 3 times a week to combat fine, thin hair.

(11)   Match your color shade to be a few shades lighter than your complexion.

(12)   Use a gentle shampoo for oily hair.

(13) Stir 1 teaspoon of honey into 4 cups  of water. After shampooing, pour the mixture through you hair. Do not rinse out. Dry as normal.

(14)   For conditioning hair, henna is the best. A henna paste mixed with curd, an egg and lemon juice is an excellent conditioner if left on the hair for about 45 minutes. If you have dry hair, add 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil or coconut oil to the henna paste.
